At the conclusion, you'll be provided with a characterization questionnaire to help us both refine the search, ensuring it is as efficient and precise as possible for you
Locating potential properties and presenting the alternatives
When we were faced with the characteristics of the requested property, we searched accordingly. Our goal is to find properties that meet as many of your important criteria as possible while fitting within the defined budget. We will utilize our network of connections in the requested area, and when we have relevant properties, we will hold a meeting to present the options that best match the criteria we have defined.
Property tour in Italy
After you have decided which property or properties may suit you we will coordinate a focused property tour in Italy, where we will accompany you to explore the possibilities. We will be there with you during the property review, assisting with seller, and providing relevant clarifications regarding the property that interests you.
Management of the buying process
At this stage, if you wish to proceed with the purchase, we will manage the entire process with you: negotiating, connecting with local professionals and the notary to inspect the property from a legal and tax perspective, and handling the registration of the property. We are with you every step of the way, hand in hand until you have your new home in Italy.
After the purchase, we offer assistance in connecting you to local services, including property renovation, real estate, insurance, and maintenance companies, based on your needs and requests.
